Redhill Teaching Hub Director
Sally qualified as a secondary teacher in 1991 and joined the MFL team at The Redhill Academy in 2001. A former AST, SLE and German Teacher of the Year, she has a passion for teaching and learning and leadership development and has over 20 years experience in designing and delivering CPD in education. Sally is an experienced facilitator and coach and continues to oversee and facilitate Redhill's Initial Teacher Training provision as well as facilitating on the NPQs and ECF.

Laura is a qualified Careers Advisor with significant experience in supporting the career management and development of individuals from all backgrounds. As a Careers Advisor she has supported many individuals to achieve their full potential in life and work. She brings a focus on quality and career progression to the hub as our Programme Lead for the NPQ programme, working closely with our lead providers CEFEL and Teach First to ensure delegates have the best possible learning experience during their NPQ programmes.
